Novellya's Shipping & Delivery Policy is designed to ensure full transparency and security throughout every logistics step, from order confirmation to product delivery at your address.

Order Processing

After payment confirmation, your order enters our internal processing phase, which takes up to 3 business days. During this period, we complete verification, picking, packing, and tracking code generation.

Your tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email once the order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

The average estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after shipment. This timeframe may vary due to external factors such as:

Carrier delays or operational restrictions
US Customs and Border Protection inspection
High-demand periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
Strikes, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control

Based on our logistics history, approximately 85% of orders are delivered within 15 business days.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. With it, you can follow every movement of your package from dispatch to delivery at your door.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their shipment status to avoid situations such as return due to absence or failed delivery.

Delivery Attempts and Package Pickup

Deliveries are carried out by USPS or our designated carrier partners. In cases such as:

Recipient absence
Restricted delivery areas
Hard-to-access addresses

The carrier may leave a notice for the package to be picked up at the nearest post office or access point. If the package is returned due to a failed delivery, a new shipment must be requested, and additional shipping costs may apply.

Delivery Address

Please carefully review your delivery information at checkout. Address changes cannot be made more than 24 hours after order confirmation. Order cancellations are also not accepted after this period.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or missing address, the customer is solely responsible. If the product is returned to the overseas sender, the delivery timeline will restart from the confirmation of re-shipment.
