Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order, in accordance with standard US consumer protection practices. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

For a return or exchange to be approved, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging
  • Show no signs of use, wear, odor, dirt, or damage
  • Include all tags, accessories, manuals, and included items
  • Be in perfect condition, exactly as received

Important: items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the customer.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Novellya is not obligated to accept returns based on personal preference such as color, size, or style changes. However, we evaluate each case individually to offer the best possible solution.

Manufacturing Defects

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please send us:

  • A description of the issue
  • A short video proving the defect
  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout

After review and approval, you may choose:

  • Exchange for another product of equal value
  • Store credit
  • Full refund including shipping costs

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Product name
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Video of the defect (if applicable)

After receiving your request, our team will respond with shipping instructions, return address, and next steps for review and reimbursement.

Refund Timeline

Once the product is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your card provider, bank, or payment method used at checkout.

Shipping Costs

For manufacturing defects, all shipping costs are covered by Novellya. For change-of-mind returns or customer errors, shipping and re-shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
